- chicken (make to 6 pieces)
- 100 cc coconut's water
- 1/4 spoon baking soda
- 6 pieces garlic
- salam's leaf
- galangal
- red sugar
- salt
HOW TO MADE IT :
- Cook the chicken with coconut's water, baking soda, garlic, salam's leaf, galangal, red sugar and salt, for about 5-6 minutes.
- Take out the chickens, then fry them into the boil oil. don't make them to crispy.
