KALASAN CHICKEN

NEEDED :
  • chicken (make to 6 pieces)
  • 100 cc coconut's water
  • 1/4 spoon baking soda
  • 6 pieces garlic
  • salam's leaf
  • galangal
  • red sugar
  • salt

HOW TO MADE IT :

  1. Cook the chicken with coconut's water, baking soda, garlic, salam's leaf, galangal, red sugar and salt, for about 5-6 minutes.
  2. Take out the chickens, then fry them into the boil oil. don't make them to crispy.
