KLAPPETART (Manado's cake)

Needed :

• 10 yolk eggs
• 325 gr sugar
• 300 gr flour
• 400 cc milk
• vanili
• 1/2 cup coconut's water
• 6 coconuts (just the meat of them)
• 2 spoons butter (Wysman)
• 100 gr raisin
• 2 spoons rhum

How To Make :

1. Mix the yolks egg, sugar, flour, vanili, coconut's water, milk, coconut's meat, butter and rhum.
2. Bake 1/2 done in 180 celcius degree.
3. Put the raisins on top the cake.
4. Bake again until wel done.
